Geneva 2014: Interesting unveil, the new Quant e-Sportlimousine
Perhaps you have not heard by now about NanoFlowcell, which is a car manufacturer from Liechtenstein which brings at Geneva one of the most interesting and beautiful concept.
Called Quant e-Sportlimousine and has a design inspired from the SF movies, with flowing lines, a length of 5.25 meters and wide of 2.2 meters, 1.36 meters height and has a wheelbase of 3.2 meters.
The more interesting thing on the car is that the engineers from NanoFlowcell are working with the latest technology and they have implement on this model the newest solution. "Flow cells combine aspects of electrochemical accumulator cells with those of fuel cells. Liquid electrolytes are kept in two tanks and circulated through the cell. At the heart of the system, a membrane separates the two electrolytic solutions, but allows electrical charge to pass through and thereby produce power for the drive train."
According to the official released information, the car has four electric motors, one at each wheel, which develops a total maximum load of 925 horsepower, or “2900 Nm on each motor”.
Regarding its performances, the car is able to make the sprint from 0 to 100 km / h in 2.8 seconds and present a maximum speed of 380 km / h. Helped by two takes of liquid electrolyte, Quant e-Sportlimousine has an autonomy between 400 and 600 kilometers.
Inside, the car has a futuristic look, with a huge computerized dashboard where we find 3D displays and touch screen functions, and new and interesting design for seats. Here, the wood elements are dominating the space, creating a separate space between the passengers from the left and those from the right-side. But, the wood is continued on the electronic controls of the car, where it is integrated and it is found on the doors also.
